At Terrace Counselling & Therapy we know it can be difficult to ask for help and meet with someone new. We will do everything we can to make the process straightforward and welcoming. Our offices are conveniently located in central Wellington close to government, business and public transportation.

Life can be complicated and it's easy to feel a bit lost. Anxiety, anger, depression, relationship problems, major life decisions and addiction are issues that can impact any of us – and you don't have to deal with them alone. We provide psychotherapy and counselling for those seeking deeper understanding and effective, accessible support.

Whatever your situation, we will seek to support you and work to develop your own understanding and awareness. We are a group of individual practitioners who share the goal of helping you to realise your true self and intentions. Please look at our individual bios under the "Our People" tab for further information on each of us.

We welcome referrals from other health practictioners, though this is not required. Feel free to get in touch yourself if you think we may be able to assist you on your journey.

You may email us for an obligation free discussion before deciding to attend a session.
